Warranty Terms:
 Farayand Engineering Group (F.E.G) is only responsible for products purchased under Farayand's warranty.
 Farayand's warranty will be invalid if the warranty card, the serial number or the FEG  hologram are alerted or damaged in any way or if these are missing.
The warranty is void if the product is damaged in any way including but not limited to: scratches, burns, water damage,rust, damage due to electrical power fluctuations, heat exposure,improper use of the product and any other physical damage.
We cannot accept products which have been repaired by someone not authorized by Farayand.

Delivery Term:

Please consider the following when visiting our Customer Care Service Center (CCSC).
A detailed description of the defect is required upon delivering the item to our Customer Care Service Center (CCSC). Our Customer Care Service Center (CCSC) will issue a receipt upon receiving the defective product to the customer. The receipt must be presented upon picking up the item from our Customer Care Service Center (CCSC). Farayand will not release any items without the receipt. The product has to be picked up by the customer within 15 days after it has been repaired, after which time Farayand will not assume any responsibility for storing the product.
